A Sudden Return brings Poetry!

Hey guys, I’m back! Sorry for the months long hiatus! Did I even say happy new year waaaaayyy back in January? No? …. Oops.
I wrote this post before, but WordPress decided to go full idiot and delete it! Yayyyyyy!
I am not happy.
I’ll tell you guys about where I’ve been and what I’ve been doing subtly through the next few updates (whenever they may be). Unfortunately, school life does generally tend to get in the way of your hobbies.
I can’t remember what else I wrote, so here’s the poem that I meant to share. It’s inspired by a lovely manga known as “Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso”.

your April lie

Spring was where it started
Shining brightly
Soaring skywards

In summer, it was
Sweet words,
Soft sighs

Fall, and there were
Forgotten kisses,
Friendly faces

Winter, then it
Withered silently,
Wasted

Spring again
And there it ended

And I forgot

Your April lie

But I’m Too Lazy…

So, I was supposed to get back to y’all on the plots post from earlier, but, as the title says, I’m too lazy~

Actually, though, it’s because I’ve been busy for quite some time and don’t have time to make a proper post. So that’s postponed till tomorrow, sorry. Luckily, I can tell you what I planned to talk about: some book plots, some Pokemon plots, what I’ve been doing, random facts that I feel the need to share, and a tv show I’ve been watching. If you’re interested in any of that, come back some time soon for my next post. In the interim, here’s a time-lapse video of me drawing. Well, coloring, really, but who cares!

OHMIGOSH I didn’t forget Nintendo!

Today marks 2 weeks and 1 day since Nintendo’s e3 thing-a-ma-bob. I promised a review but as I thought about it, I realized my words just could not explain the awesomeness that had occured.

Skip forward and life happened and I just now am getting back to you, but no shaming me! I got sick yesterday (yaay!) and couldn’t write out my ingenius thoughts so I have aptly decided to just leave you with the video of the conference. I am so lazy…

International Kitkat! It’s like it has dual citizenship!

Hi again people of the world! I’m baack! And finals are finally over-so you know what that means! SUMMMMER VACATION!!!!!!!!!!

Well, not quite, since I still have school on Monday, but still Update-totally DONE with freshman year! Whoop woop!! That was a generous use of exclamation points…..

So, maybe you’re wondering about the title of this here post. Well, you see, my sis, who shall be known as General, went to the other side of the world a few weeks ago! And on her flight she got this kitkat that she gave to me when she finally got home. So there’s that story. Which, if I bothered to go more in depth with, would be a lot more interesting. But I’m not. Maybe later?.

I really gotta get my head cleared. I started this post, like, 3 days ago and I’m just finishing it without actually saying what I wanted to say. But who cares-I’ve got a whole summer to blabber on throughout. So I’m comin at ya soon!

Challenge: Art Updates! (3)

So here’s the last one I’ve drawn-so far, of course! Don’t worry, I’ll be putting up more sometime in the future (probably after I finish the Divergent series…)! So I hoped you enjoyed! Maybe I’ll put up the other stuff in my sketch book if I’m not busy lazing off over break…it depends.

Ya kno, I also kinda hate the background on this one…mainly because it too SOO long. But that’s my fault, I guess. Che.

In other news, I’ve gotten Better Internet! So that’s a short story I can talk about later. See you soon; mom’s makin stir fry-yum!

Log Book: I Have Messed Up. But There’s Something To Show For It!

Yeah, real bad actually. I promised an insightful look into my video gaming/anime watching life, but I did not deliver. And, I kinda did the thing I said not to a couple posts ago. *sigh*

But as a positive to this negative, I’ve been able to catch up on my artwork! I started drawing in this sketch book from B&N I bought a couple years ago, but just didn’t keep up and only had about 5 pictures in it. Disappointment reigned, as I thought they all sucked and that I was wasting the pages. But friends never fail to come to your aide! Last weekend (the one of the broken promise…T-T), I started drawing again, and was attempting steampunk style. I reeeeally liked the first one (pictured above), but wondered if it was good enough. Lo and behold, after showing it to my friends, it received a positive response! And now, I’m not worried about wether they suck or not; I’m just happy to be drawing again.

So this was just a short update to, if you hadn’t already realized, to explain why I didn’t deliver (drawing takes a while, man!). In return for not delivering, I’ll post pics of my most recent drawings, starting with the one above.

Off to eat a bacon egg and cheese! And maybe candy later…
